📦 Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify Frozen Trigger Oy in writing within 14 days of delivery.

🔁 Return Conditions

Returned items must:

• Be in the same condition as when delivered
• Include all original packaging and accompanying materials
• Not show signs of use, modification, or damage

Due to the collectible and historical nature of our products, normal age-related patina, wear, or minor imperfections described in the product listing do not constitute grounds for a return.

🚚 Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error on our part, the customer is responsible for:

• Return shipping costs
• Any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Frozen Trigger Oy is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

💳 Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify the customer of approval or rejection.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or commissioned items
• Consignment-based items
• Items damaged after delivery
• Items returned without prior notification
